  • What’s your fitness specialty?
I am a massive advocate for women’s body positivity and promote a happier, healthier, stronger approach rather than a look or a number on the scales. I have a huge passion for powerlifting, strength related sports and strength related training methods for the benefits it gives both physically and mentally.
  • What qualification do you have?
    - British Powerlifting Coach - British Powerlifting Referee - MAC Nutrition Certified Nutritionist - SBS Academy Fitness, Physique, Powerlifting Certification - Level 1 England Boxing Coach - Level 3 Personal Trainer - Level 2 Fitness Instructor I am currently studying BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Psychology I am fascinated by the power of the mind and its influence over exercise and particularly competition sports where I have experienced it myself and with clients I’ve coached too. I’m excited to see how my learning will further help my clients & athletes.
  • How do you assess new clients?
    Consultation online or in person
  • Do you create meal plans?
Being only a certified nutritionist and not a dietician I am unable to provide meal plans, I will guide clients in to making their own choices to fit their likes, dislikes and lifestyles with no extreme measures and provide lots of recipe ideas too.
  • How do you track fitness goals?
I use an app called “trainerize “ to track clients programmes, nutrition, mindset and progress. This is updated regularly and available on a phone for clients to see how they are progressing too.
  • Whats your preferred style of encouragement?
I am a very hands on coach , supporting , motivating and encouraging. I will be there for you every step of the way.
